Actually after buying cars for over 40 years this was the most unique experience ever. Neil the owner went to incredible lengths to make me feel comfortable about the car, there was no question that I asked that wasn’t met with an honest and open answer. He also went through the car in such detail that even though the car had a couple of points that I wanted dealt with he absolutely filled me with confidence about buying from him. He is the first car sales dealer that I have ever met that cares about his good name and his customers confidence in his product before profit. Neil the owner made the buying of our vehicle not only a pleasurable experience but an experience that when I left I I left utterly confident in his vehicle and any and all after sales. I cannot in all honestly recommend Neil more as I’ve never met a car dealer that has filled me with as much confidence and for that he has my absolute respect and appreciation.

Superb Customer Service
Have purchased a Ford Focus 2009. Well it’s like a new car, 4800 on the clock, yes 4800 miles with full Ford dealership history. Of course it is more than the average asking price for a Focus but then it is not your normal 15 year old car, probably unique and I consider it a snip but don’t tell Neil. The service I got from Neil over coffee was exemplary and far better than the welcome I got from another dealer of prestige cars when considering purchasing a £45000 Jaguar. I cannot say enough good things about Two Bears Automotive, or the experience I had buying a car from Neil. Buying a car is usually something I dread because there is always so much pressure, and often the process is dishonest or ultimately unfulfilling. I had the exact opposite experience with Neil and the car that I bought. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to get a great car from a dedicated car enthusiast and afficionado. Neil has got a garage full of carefully looked-after classic cars and clearly has a passion for their well-being and for giving his customers a reliable automobile with a boutique-level of care and detailing. When I bought my car, Neil explained up-front the things that needed to fixed and the things that had advisories, and even had my car prepped at a garage to receive a full MOT, a new stereo, and a tune-up using as many original parts as possible. When I picked the vehicle up, he had hand-waxed the vehicle, detailed the interior, fixed all the issues and walked me through all the car’s mechanics, history, and future maintenance and care. I would buy a car again from Two Bears Automotive in a heartbeat and if you’re looking for a well-preserved car from a fantastic garage, I don’t think you could do much better.
Fantastic service and honesty
Honestly couldn’t be more over the moon than I am today! Incredible service from start to finish! I contacted the owner and asked for a completely honest and detailed description of the car and that I certainly got! I was sent photos of the very minor defects with no hiding or lies about anything! He was very humble, honest and straightforward with me and didn’t add any pressure what so ever to purchase the car! I then proceeded to drive 2 hours to view the Seat Leon FR and was greeted by the owner himself who was very polite and welcoming! He showed me round the car and he was very true with his words he didn’t hide from anything prior to travel and the car was 100x better than describe - it’s so great to meet a dealer who’s over honest and picky on his own cars meaning you have NO disappointment on arrival! He was very thorougher with all the cars details - providing HPI check, his own research to show service history / mileage and invoices etc all added up! He provided extensive knowledge on the car and was so happy to show you all controls and further information! Honestly I’m shocked to of found a genuine car dealer who puts you first and not money! Honesty and respect goes a long way! Just a shame there’s not many out there like this guy! If you’re unsure on something he has for sale, make sure to get in touch to explain why, he will not hide anything from you! Thanks again! It was fantastic service!
Exceptional experience
When I first arrived I have to admit to becoming somewhat distracted by the array of other cars on offer to prospective buyers. After my initial arrival I met Neil who was very welcoming and hospitable to meet. They provided me with an incredibly detailed and thorough history of the vehicle I was looking at ( from purchase as a new car up to the present day) plus all repairs, bills etc. , almost like a life story of the car. No detail was too small. A personally guided tour of the vehicle, interior, engine bay etc. You can tell they really do love cars and are not just trying to knock out cars as quickly as possible but want the car to be appreciated by the perspective owner. The car I ended up buying was personally valeted and washed/waxed/detailed which was done with as much attention to detail as you would give to your own pride and joy. A company that really is dedicated to the customer! The car I purchased needed no attention. It appeared all the cars were picked because of either a. low mileage and/or b. had zero or very, very minor TLC required. Cars which you can buy and you know they don’t have a list of problems to fix but are all of a very high standard. I am incredibly appreciative of the help provided when I incurred problems with my bank whilst trying to make a purchase, actually going so far as to drive me to the nearest bank to resolve the issue and then back again. I and family, friends will definitely be looking at what other cars are available in the future from Two Bears automotive and that this review still isn’t able to do justice to the service I received.
